Returning Families with 16 Volunteer Points

• Families who earned 16 Volunteer Points in the previous season will register March 1 through March 3 with direct link provided.
• Complete one registration per family, listing all returning/new sibling swimmer(s).
• For new sibling swimmers, click on the New Barracudas for details of swim team eligibility requirements. Minimum eligibility is 4 years old by May 1, 2026 and must know how to swim.

NEW VoSH Families

• Complete one registration per family, listing all swimmer(s).

Open Registration (Existing & New Barracudas)

• Online only beginning March 4 until all age groups are full.
• Acceptance to the team is first come first serve based on available openings and coach approval.
• Click on the New Barracudas for details of swim team eligibility requirements.  Minimum eligibility is 4 years old by May 1, 2026 and must know how to swim.

2026 registration closes is April 1, 2026.  Based on previous years, we expect the team to fill up on or before April 1.  If there are any openings beyond April 1, the website will be updated.

Season fees are $210 per swimmer for non-VOSH residents and $200 for VOSH residents. A $25 discount is applied to returning families who earned 16 or more volunteer points during the prior season.

• Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
• Fees include 1 team t-shirt. Team swimsuit and swim cap (strongly encouraged but not mandatory) are EXTRA and are not included in the registration fee.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to our Treasurer.

If a swimmer withdraws before practices begin, a full refund with be issued.

If a swimmer withdraws after practices begin but before the first swim meet of the season, famillies are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

No refunds will be issued after the first swim meet of the season.
