Works with SAAB President to make sure we have pleasant swim meets and the team is running smoothly
Helps coordinate setting up the swim center for swim meets

Volunteer Coordinator: Erin Young, Annette Gutierrez ([email protected])

Makes certain volunteers are available at the meets for different volunteer positions
Holds meetings or makes sure the head parent of each volunteer position holds a meeting with all of the volunteers and explains what their job entails, and all volunteers are on the same page
Checks that all families have met the volunteer requirements
Online volunteer registration makes fulfilling these duties easy

Coordinate food/ice purchases for Concessions at practice and home meets
Coordinate “food chefs” and grill(s) to cook hamburgers/hotdogs/sausages at home meets
Coordinate ice and coolers for home meets

Stroke and Turn Coordinator: Mckenna Murry

Head Timer: Steven Lemon

Signals to the starter that it is okay to start the next event
Has timers clear their watches and prepare for the next event
Responsible for starting two (2) watches, so when a timer’s watch does not start, the head timer gives one of his/her watches to them.
Coordinates relief timers to give timers breaks

Ready Bench Coordinator: Chris Langan

Coordinates appropriate placement of Ready Bench for home meets.
Coordinate signage for home meets.
Coordinates volunteers Greeters, Seaters, Chaperones, Deckhands specific to Ready Bench
