It's Cuda Fundraiser Time!!!
Hello Barracudas!
It's fundraiser time!!! This year, each child will receive five tickets in their ribbon bin slot on Tuesday May 27, 2025. Each ticket is worth $5 and you have a chance to win a set of 4 Schlitterbahn season passes, a Yeti cooler, 4 Typhoon Texas tickets, Headspace Salon cut/color ($250 value), Tito's Vodka basket, and other great items.
Last year we were able to purchase our amazing new giant purple tent that covers the computers, new lane lines, a trailer for the tents, coolers and a lane line reel plus a fancy pace clock.
This year our goal is to be able to purchase a New Starter (the thing that BEEPS and connects everything to the computers). The starter is an essential part of our meets and it costs thousands of dollars to replace... so it's more of a need and not so much a want at this point. We also replace several zoo tents and tarps every year due to normal wear & tear and always have extra wants like a dolly, some large fans, new green read bench mats and umbrellas/stands for some extra shade. The wish list is long and we need your help to achieve those goals!!
We ask that you sell the tickets and return the proceeds and ticket stubs (cash or check) to the concession stand, Mandy Krutsinger, or Coach Sarah before June 19, 2025. If you need more tickets to sell, reach out anytime! Plus, concessions has lots of extra tickets. The age group that sells the most tickets gets a super fun surprise on the last day of practice!!
Parents, if you work for or own a business and are willing to donate a service, item or voucher to our fundraiser, we would LOVE your support. Please reach out to Mandy Krutsinger ASAP if you would like to donate. Don't forget we are a 501(c)(3) and offer donation receipts for tax purposes if needed.
The more people that participate in the fundraiser the better chances we have of achieving our goals but we completely understand if it's not in your household budget or you don't want to bother your neighbors. The fundraiser is supposed to be fun and never a burden.
We will draw names/tickets at the end-of-season party on the evening of June 22, 2025. Winners do not need to be present.
