We are swimming at the Belterra Marlins Pool with Hays Swim Club this weekend! It's going to be hot and their ready bench has limited shade, so bring the SUNSCREEN and water!

Also, parking is limited, and the parking they do have is far from the pool. So leave your house early to account for the long walk you might have that morning. Pack the wagon, you will want it!

Volunteer Meetings: On-deck meetings at 7:30 AM

Timers: Meet under the timer tents [Katy Burns]

Stroke & Turn Judges: meet under the American Flag [Charles Deal]

Ready Bench: Meet at the ready bench [Michelle Murdock]

Runners: Meet at the computer desk [Duane Mowrey]

Heat Ribbons: Meet at the Volunteer Table [Maggie Krein]

Concessions: Breakfast 7:00-9:15 AM serving hot coffee, nitro cold brew, Torchy’s tacos, and donuts. Then lunch at 10:00 AM serving Hot dogs, cheeseburgers, sausage wraps, drinks, chips, and candy. They accept cash, card, and Venmo. Gluten Free & Dairy Free options available both breakfast & lunch.

Visiting Group Areas (Zoos): SEE POOL MAP BELOW The age group areas and visiting team zoos are located outside of the Belterra pool in the grassy area. All visiting teams will be outside the fence and near the ready bench. The walk is about 50 yards from the car drop-off area. They have shade trees on the outside of the pool for the visiting teams and there are grassy areas for shade tents. The ground is mowed but primitive outside the fence (dirt, rock, leaves, grass).  Please wear sandals/shoes that can be dropped at the back gate and picked up after each swim. Please be sure to Mark your gear.

Parking: SEE PARKING MAP attached. Please park at the Rooster Springs Elementary School parking lot just past the pool. Once this lot is full, parking is allowed on the south side of Belterra Drive. There is a drop-off area for swimmers and gear in front of the pool amenity center.
