I hope this message finds you well. As we approach our last home meets and head to Champs, I wanted to send a quick reminder about our volunteer commitment policy. Each family is required to fulfill a 16-hour volunteer commitment throughout the season to help ensure the smooth running of our meets and events.

Here are some key benefits of volunteering:

**Keeping Meets on Schedule:** Your contribution helps us maintain efficient and well-organized meets, ensuring a positive experience for everyone and getting out of the summer heat as quickly as possible.

**Being Part of the Team:** Volunteering offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved, meet other Cuda parents and become an integral part of the Barracuda community.

**Discounts on Registration Fees:** Families who fulfill their volunteer commitment are eligible for discounts on registration fees ($25 per swimmer in 2024—likely higher next year) for future seasons.

**Early Registration:** Earn priority access to registration for next season. Many age groups fill up fast, so early registration helps secure your spot on the team.
