Good Morning Barracudas!

We are getting ready to kick off the 2024 swim season’s fundraiser. This year, you will receive five tickets in your child’s ribbon bin slot on Monday, June 3, 2024. We ask that you sell the tickets and return the proceeds and ticket stubs to the concession stand, Mandy Krutsinger, or Coach Sarah before June 17, 2024. (If you need more tickets to sell, reach out anytime! The age group that sells the most tickets gets a super fun surprise on the last day of practice!!)

Parents, if you work for or own a business and are willing to donate to our fundraiser, we would LOVE your support. Please reach out to me ASAP if you can donate. We will draw names/tickets at the end-of-season party on the evening of June 23, 2024, and we would love to showcase your amazing contributions. Gift cards, vouchers, and swag are always appreciated and help prevent the team from having to buy prizes.

Last year, we raised enough money to get our nonprofit paperwork approved by Texas and the federal government. We are now officially a 503C and can provide you or your company with the necessary tax paperwork for a tax-approved contribution.

Please participate in the fundraiser. We aim to get a Barrawesome tent with our logo over the computers and continue to upgrade our equipment!
